Contact us Page: for all enquiries regarding Technical, Sales, Website, Press and Distribution. Also on this page you will find direct contact numbers to the office closest to your region.

Twitter, Facebook and Youtube: We’re happy to get posts or comments via social media, this is also a good method for a quick response time.

Blog (via discuss module): Please feel free to leave a comment on our blog posts and we will be able to respond via the Disqus platform

We LOVE consumer feedback at Cygnett and if you’d like to communicate with us via an open forum, it might be best to first consider our interaction guidelines, community guidelines

Hours of Operation
Assistance will normally be available from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, AEST. For all enquiries during this period we will endeavour to provide feeddback within 24 hours.  Requests can be submitted online or by email 24 hours a day.
