We aim to dispatch orders from our warehouse in one business day from time of purchase, although this can be delayed due to item availability or seasonal backlog. 

Estimated shipping times are between 2-5 business days.

US shipping is free in the contiguous United States on orders over $20. Orders below $20 will incur a shipping cost of $10 USD.

We only ship to the 48 contiguous US States plus the District of Columbia (excluding Alaska, Hawaii and all other off-shore insular areas).

We are as transparent as we can be with applicable taxes and duties. Depending on your state of residence you may be imposed with import duties and/or VAT (Value Added Taxes) on shipments from outside your country.

CANCELLATION

If you need to cancel or alter your order, email us straight away so we can catch try to catch your order before it flies out the door. If it’s already gone don’t worry, you can return the unopened product immediately after you have received it and we will process the refund when we receive it, on the same payment method used to purchase it.

Shipping fees are non-refundable and you will be responsible for return postage. You might receive multiple packages for big orders so when your first package arrives and not everything is in there, hold off because another package is not too far away.

Take the weekend off, we do! So, if you order Friday after 1pm EST or on Saturday or Sunday please keep in mind that we can’t process your order until the following Monday.
